Ruwah consulting is a space industry consultancy, offering engineering services and business development support for space companies.

We offer part-time, ad-hoc consultancy services to guide, mentor and "help do", or to deliver full work packages.

Our core team has over 30 years of space professional experience combined, now supporting innovative space programmes whether in startups, institutions or larger companies, including Jacobs (UK-US), UKSA (UK), NorthStar (CA), Orbit Fab (UK-US), AIKO (IT-FR).

Services include:

  • space mission engineering services: concept, strategy and design of satellite systems, ground infrastructure & operations centre; satellite licensing (CAA operator license and ITU frequency filings); mission requirement flow-down, programme management and appraisal;

  • team management support: engineer mentoring, project definition, development roadmap & appraisal, programme oversight;

  • supplier management: sourcing/screening, RFI/RFP, critical oversight and reporting, business relationship facilitation;

  • pre-commercial business development support: tech market analysis, startup mentoring & tech business strategy, feasibility study, grant applications and bid management.
